Whisky og lys
As most of us know, beer can be quite susceptible to light damage causing a skunky smell and taste, especially when bottled in clear or green glass. This reaction has been traced back to the hops in the beer -- the one ingredient not shared with whisky -- so, in theory, it shouldn't be an issue.
Men er det et "issue"? Jeg har det med at gemme flasker uden rør og lign. bagerst i skabet.

Jeg er netop begyndt at undersøge det der med whisky og lys, da jeg har arvet en meget fin montre, jeg overvejer at gøre til barskab. Har dit nu syv år gamle indlæg om forsøg med lys og whisky og lys kastet nogle resultater af sig?
