1. Bowmore, aged 27 years
A limited release of 366 numbered bottles.
Mineral and medicinal on the nose, along with lemon zest, fresh linen and a lovely creaminess. Exceptionally soft and velvety on the palate, we have an oily pepperiness, crushed sea-shells and grapefruit. The finish has lingering brininess and a faint wisp of peat smoke.

70cl, 48.1%ABV, £650

2. Bruichladdich, aged 18 years
A limited release of 245 numbered bottles.

Rich and spicy on the nose with pepper, toffee and macerated red fruits. Raspberry, toffee apples and nutmeg along with plenty of chewy French oak on the palate, leading into a long, lingering, drying and spicy finish, which calls you back for more.

70cl, 61.5%ABV, £280

3. Bunnahabhain, aged 33 years
A limited release of 292 numbered bottles.

Subtle, soft, fruity and elegant on the nose. Lemon and lime juice, sea-breeze, wet rocks and a touch of menthol. Silky on the palate, the fruits again come to the fore with pineapple, cherry and more lemon/lime leading into a coastal and mineral finale. A fine tribute to this gentle giant of Islay!

70cl, 48.8%ABV, £490

4. Caol Ila, aged 33 years
A limited release of 300 numbered bottles.

The most delicate peat smoke, caramel, stewed fruits, waxed jacket and fishing nets on the nose. The coastal influence comes through on the palate, with a freshly painted trawler, seaweed and fresh oysters. Long, leathery and briny on the finish.

70cl, 44.5%ABV, £490

5. Highland Park, aged 27 years
A limited release of 268 numbered bottles.

Clean and chalky on the nose with notes of cooked pears and heather honey. Very sweet on the palate with more honey, mandarin orange, lemon and passion fruit, leading into a long, lingering finish with a hint of white pepper. A beautiful complexity from this Orkney gem.

70cl, 52.5%ABV, £645

6. Laphroaig, aged 25 years
A limited release of 332 numbered bottles.

Soot, brine, olives and herbal tinctures on the nose along with lemon zest and honey. Tangerine, honeysuckle and pear drops on the palate, before it is overtaken by a delicious, rich leatheriness which lingers onto the long, satisfying finish.

70cl, 54.2%ABV, £675
